It would be a little large but there's no avoiding that as this is the smallest cover we offer for travel trailer's. The excess material can be tied off however with the integrated cinching system so you won't have any problems.

You'd cut off the 4-way of you trailer and run it to the matching posts of the junction box and then run 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 from the brake output pin of the box to the brake assemblies and you'd be set.
